What started out as a friendly challenge between NBC4's Tommy McFly and News4's Chief Meteorologist, Doug Kammerer, has turned into a full fledge cicada cookout. Executive Chef Xavier Deshayes answered the call for McFly's recipe solicitation from DC chefs featuring the periodical insects.
