On November 13, 2025, the ICFJ Awards Dinner will bring together journalists, media leaders, and supporters for an inspiring evening that underscores the vital role of journalism—especially in today’s world. The program will honor outstanding colleagues in the United States and abroad whose reporting has made a powerful and lasting impact.
This year’s dinner will also spotlight ICFJ+, a groundbreaking new partnership with civic tech leader Code for Africa and systems builder PROTO of India, both organizations incubated through ICFJ’s Knight Fellowships. Together, these partners are advancing the concept of civic intelligence—providing people with the trustworthy information they need to better understand their world and take constructive action to shape it.
