Join ABA post-election for this year’s Fall Forum, which will introduce a debate-style format with a forward-looking focus on what to expect in the next administration and transitions in the months ahead. Endeavored to tee up a lively policy discussion that will pick up where the election leaves off. Too often, the sides are speaking in a vacuum to supporters that cheer on the goals and sentiments of a policy idea, without pressure testing its drawbacks or feasibility. Debates are meant to bring rigor to the conversation,  and intend to do at the Fall Forum as a new season of policymaking is necessarily kicking off in Washington, D.C.
