On June 15, RRB/ITC hosted the 2nd Conference, Africa: 53 Countries, One Union, The New Challenges, a two-day conference by the Africa Program of the Woodrow Wilson Center and the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University with opening remarks given by Congressman Chris Smith, chairman of the House Africa, Global Health and Human Rights Subcommittee.
