The 2025 Antitrust Fall Forum will convene leading experts to examine how states are responding to new challenges, landmark cases, and recent legislation shaping the antitrust landscape. Through a series of dynamic panels, the forum will highlight the growing influence of state enforcers as leaders, innovators, and drivers of change across the United States. As enforcement priorities continue to expand in both doctrine and case law, participants will explore critical questions: How will these developments shape the future of domestic antitrust? And are states emerging as the new front line in antitrust battles?
