The North East Institute of Fashion Technology (NEIFT), Assam has been hosting the annual Mega Festival, Celebrating Northeast for the past 14 editions in Delhi and Guwahati with the vision to promote the tourism, textile, cultural, and musical heritage industries, among others, and to foster an environment that is friendly to investment in the North East region. Numerous Central Ministries, NER State Governments and PSUs, Media Houses, etc. have been instrumental in helping NEIFT bring the North East Region closer to the residents of Delhi-NCR over the course of the festival’s historic 14-year existence.
