Each event, whether intimate or large-scale, reinforces the building’s reputation as a premier destination for creating experiences that are both impactful and memorable.

Throughout the year, select event spaces truly stood out for their adaptability, functionality, and ability to elevate every occasion. These five spaces emerged as the most in-demand, hosting a remarkable array of programs that showcased the breadth of what our venue can offer. From inspiring corporate summits to vibrant celebrations and formal gatherings, each space offered its own distinct atmosphere and design flexibility, transforming effortlessly to meet the needs of every host and guest.

Topping our list as the most favored event space of 2025, the Atrium proved to be the heart of RRB/ITC. Its expansive footprint, abundant natural light, and striking architectural presence made it an ideal canvas for an incredibly diverse range of events including awards dinners, cultural celebrations, tech conferences, and networking receptions. Time and again, the Atrium was transformed to meet the moment, accommodating different layouts, audiences, and atmospheres with ease. More than just a space, it became a central gathering point for groups exchanging ideas, forming partnerships and creating some of our most memorable moments of the year.


Across each of these moments, the Atrium demonstrated unmatched versatility by effortlessly shifting from polished galas and formal dinners to high-energy celebrations, industry summits, and community gatherings. Accommodating flexible layouts, custom lighting, and  offering a scale that supports both intimate and large-format events, the space is adaptable to the vision of every host. Whether filled with a lively dance floor, elegant tablescapes, or dynamic exhibition setups, the Atrium was a backdrop for experiences that felt distinct, intentional, and memorable—reinforcing its role as the most dynamic space of the year.

The Atrium created an atmosphere for this unforgettable celebration as guests filled the dance floor with energy joy, and romance—bringing the space to life beneath its soaring architecture.
Offering a stunning backdrop for the National Cherry Blossom Festival’s Night of Gratitude, the Atrium bloomed as guests gathered to honor the partners, supporters, and moments that have made the festival possible.
The Atrium provided an elegant and powerful setting for the Greater Washington Urban League Whitney M. Young Jr. 2025 Gala, as guests gathered to honor legacy and work around shaping a more equitable future.

    Snagging the number two spot is the Atrium Hall.  As the largest indoor event space available at RRB/ITC, it combines industrial-chic style with functionality tailored for corporate and tradeshow events. Located adjacent to the main Atrium, its bold and distinct ceiling gives the room a studio-like atmosphere that’s ideal for conferences, meetings, and professional gatherings. Spanning 9,185 square feet, the Atrium Hall can accommodate up to 50 booths and 1,500 attendees, making it a perfect choice for trade shows, seminars, and other large-scale corporate events.

    The space is thoughtfully designed to support complex setups, featuring several rigging points for audiovisual or decorative installations, a private reception area, a separate coat room or staff office, and velvet drapes that can divide the room to create multiple configurations. With direct loading dock access and flexible layout options, the Atrium Hall effortlessly balances practicality with style, providing an optimal environment for bringing any event vision to life.

    Rounding out our top three is the Atrium Ballroom, a refined and highly adaptable space that consistently delivers elevated experiences for large-scale events. Known for its polished design and sophisticated atmosphere, the Ballroom is a natural choice for galas, award dinners, formal receptions, and high-profile conferences. Its expansive layout allows for seamless transitions between program elements, whether hosting a seated dinner, a keynote presentation, or a lively reception, while providing a timeless backdrop that enhances every event. Throughout 2025, the Atrium Ballroom played host to some of our most prestigious gatherings, offering a balance of elegance and functionality that makes it a standout destination for unforgettable moments.

    What truly sets the Atrium Ballroom apart is its range in design. Anchored by a sweeping staircase and filled with cascading natural light, the space can be effortlessly transformed for a wide range of event formats. From meetings and presentations for 200 guests to launch receptions and large-scale celebrations for 1,000, the Ballroom’s airwall feature allows the room to be divided into two distinct spaces, offering added flexibility for multi-part programs or concurrent sessions.

    Coming in at number four is the Pavilion, a truly magnificent, and private, event space defined by its breathtaking natural light and architectural character. With a soaring cathedral ceiling and skylight, the Pavilion offers a stunning main space featuring six floor-to-ceiling windows and accompanying balconies overlooking Woodrow Wilson Plaza. Designed with both elegance and convenience in mind, the Pavilion features a spacious pre-function foyer, built-in coat check area, restrooms, and a separate VIP room, creating a seamless and elevated guest experience from start to finish. This light-filled setting provided an exceptional backdrop, making the Pavilion a standout space within the RRB/ITC portfolio.


    Throughout 2025, the Pavilion proved its versatility as the chosen venue for a wide range of conferences, meetings, and weddings, and transforming to reflect the vision of the occasion. By day, it served as a bright and inspiring setting for professional gatherings, breakout sessions, and thought leadership programs. By night, the space effortlessly shifted into a romantic and refined backdrop for wedding ceremonies and receptions—natural light giving way to an illuminated evening ambiance. Transitioning from corporate chic to celebratory elegance underscores the Pavilion’s enduring appeal as a space that supports both impactful discussions and once-in-a-lifetime moments.
