Favorite RRB/ITCSpace:
The Pavilion. It’s such an intimate and multifaceted space. The high ceilings and balconies give it an open, airy feel.

Most Memorable Events:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Aerospace Summit was incredible—especially when they showcased a plane on Wilson Plaza! I also loved the Hyundai Hope on Wheels 25th Anniversary Gala in the Atrium, where they displayed three Hyundai vehicles. Both events truly showed how our spaces can support our clients' vision and creativity.

Archer’s Midnight eVTOL aircraft made its U.S. debut at Woodrow Wilson Plaza during the 2023 U.S. Chamber of Commerce's Global Aerospace Summit
The Atrium staircase transformed into a bold visual centerpiece, wrapped in the vibrant colors and logo of the 2023 Global Aerospace Summit.

The Atrium bloomed with greenery and trees, anchored by bold “HOPE” letters that set an inspiring tone for the Hope On Wheels 25th Anniversary Gala.

    Favorite Event Trend:
As an event planner, it’s hard to choose a favorite design because there are so many ways to make an event memorable. Dramatic, moody uplighting and excessive draping are my favorites. Uplighting sets the tone for an event, whether you're using simple decor or beautifully rented pieces from outside vendors. It transforms the space, creating an intimate yet captivating ambiance. Excessive draping works well for both weddings and large tech events. It creates a clean, refined look and can truly transform an entire space.

    Most Memorable Events:
The Naganthan + Miriyala Wedding in 2023 stands out—it was one of my first weddings here and also my first Indian wedding. Every event teaches me something new and contributes to my personal growth. With every wedding I work on, I mentally take notes for future weddings. Every challenge in the building helps me improve my problem-solving skills, which also benefits my personal life. To sum it up, being an event planner is an amazing career. I essentially plan parties for a living, and who doesn’t love a good party?

There were different elements to the event, from the fashion show to the cocktail competition and immersive activations throughout the space, every element was thoughtfully curated.
